U.S. HealthWorks Urgent Care at 2499 South Wilmington Avenue, Compton, California.

We started a protocol for our employees to do their physicals with this medical group over a year ago. Half of the battle is getting them to actually help our employees instead of turning them back (even though we do online authorizations and call in authorizations). The other half of the battle is getting them to send us the results and paperwork after SEVERAL weeks our employees have been there. I've had to wait over 20 mins in many occasions to even speak to a supervisor and even then I still have to keep calling to receive the requested documents.
